We are very conveniently located just 20 minutes from the M5 between Tiverton and Crediton. We are easily reached from Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids Railway Stations, and Exeter Airport.
THE TENNIS
Resident tennis professional Rohun Beven is a former Wimbledon and International player who has more than 30 years teaching experience. Rohun has taught beginners, youngsters, club players, county players and tour professionals at some of the UK’s most prestigious tennis clubs. His infectious enthusiasm and passion for teaching has been recognised by the many tennis lovers he has taught over the years. He looks forward to welcoming tennis groups, of all abilities, to Bickleigh and will personally conduct all lessons.
Your exclusive tennis break will be tailored specifically to suit your requirements whether it is a detailed breakdown and analysis of technique, improving consistency, tactics and positional play. For those keen on conditioning he will ensure you are given a great physical workout.
YOUR STAY
You will be welcomed by Rohun in person and enjoy a Pimms or Champagne drink with canapés in the Castle grounds. Rohun will be your host both on the court and off it to ensure your tennis break is served up to the highest standards.
You will stay in the exquisite private cottages on the grounds of this historic Castle and enjoy a private guided tour that takes you back in time. Breakfast and lunch at the Castle and dinner will be either in the Castle or at one of the local pubs or restaurants. Your tennis holiday will be the perfect getaway offered to the highest standards with a warm welcome.
TYPICAL TWO-DAY TENNIS BREAK SCHEDULE
Your tennis break will include video analysis and a personalised report. The following daily schedule can be adjusted to suit your groups requirements.
Arrival Day – Arrivals can be from 2pm onwards on the day prior to your tennis break. Welcome drinks and canopies at 5pm in the Castle.
Day One - 9.30am – 12.00pm Tennis, 12.00pm – 1.30pm Lunch, 1.30pm – 4.30pm Tennis, 5.00pm - Apres Tennis Drinks
Day Two - 9.30am – 12.00pm Tennis, 12.00pm – 1.30pm Lunch and Video Analysis, 1.30pm – 4.30pm Tennis, 4.30pm - Awards and Presentations, 5.00pm - Apres Tennis Drinks, Depart

From £450pp for a group of 4 people, for a two-day tennis break, you will enjoy the beautiful cottage accommodation, breakfast, lunch at the Castle, champagne/Pimms welcome drinks reception and apres tennis drink each day.
